There’s no such thing as bad weather, just the wrong clothing

No, we’re not talking about the E L James novels, we’re talking about the the fifty shades of grey you get when it rains in Glasgow. It’s Monday again and I had hoped to finish painting the balcony balustrade today. Glasgow weather makes it difficult to paint outside. The rain has been on and off all morning. It’s also a bit cooler; I think summer has gone in this part of the world.
Instead I decided to open the credit card bill. All those meals out in Newquay last month and the accommodation cost quickly mount up. Add the TV licence due at the end of the month and this year’s indoor bowling fees and you get a wonderful Monday morning.
