Putin And The Pension Pot – sounds like a very bad fairytale
It’s now four weeks since I gave up work. (Doesn’t time fly and all that). The last paycheck went into the bank at the end of July; that’s a sobering thought, but not as sobering as the thought of the one that won’t be going in at the end of August.
I’ve resisted the temptation to check how the stock market is performing. Bad enough the diminishing pension pot following Putin’s invasion of Ukraine, now we have China playing Battleship with Taiwan.
It’s lunchtime now so I’m off for some bread and water.
